A simple, natural morning drink made with Himalayan pink salt and warm water, optionally enhanced with lemon juice and baking soda, designed to support digestion, ease bloating, aid hydration, and complement weight loss efforts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 cup warm filtered water (about 100°F / 38°C)
  • Juice of half a lemon (optional)
  • 1/8 tsp aluminum-free baking soda (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 cup filtered water until comfortably warm (about 100°F / 38°C).
  2. Stir in 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt until completely dissolved.
  3. Optional: add juice of half a lemon and/or 1/8 tsp aluminum-free baking soda, stirring gently to combine.
  4. Sip the drink slowly on an empty stomach within 15–20 minutes of waking.
  5. Wait at least 30 minutes after drinking before eating breakfast.

Notes

Use warm water, not hot, to protect the ingredients and aid dissolution., Stick exactly to the measurements; too much salt or baking soda may irritate the stomach., Drink first thing in the morning before food or caffeine for best results., Be consistent—drink daily for at least one week to feel benefits., Avoid using regular iodized table salt; Himalayan pink salt has richer minerals., You can add a tiny drizzle of raw honey for sweetness, but best to keep it minimal for detox benefits., Store prepared drink in a sealed glass jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours; warm gently on stove before drinking., Avoid microwaving and freezing the drink as they alter the ingredients’ properties., Mix dry ingredients (pink salt and baking soda) ahead of time for quick morning preparation.
