A no-bake, layered cheesecake dessert featuring creamy cheesecake filling, soft graham crackers, and a patriotic berry flag topping, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks (or 1 tub whipped topping)
  • 2 boxes graham crackers
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling
  • 1 can strawberry pie filling
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries or raspberries

Instructions

  1. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks or use prepared whipped topping.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and lump-free.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until creamy and well combined.
  4. Gently fold whipped cream or whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
  5. Spread a thin layer of cheesecake filling evenly across the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan.
  6. Place graham crackers in a single layer over the base filling, breaking pieces as needed to cover evenly.
  7. Spread one-third of the remaining cheesecake filling over the graham crackers.
  8. Add another layer of graham crackers and spread another third of the cheesecake filling over them.
  9. Add a third graham cracker layer and spread the remaining filling, smoothing the top evenly.
  10. Spoon blueberry pie filling into the upper-left corner to form the flag’s blue section and sprinkle fresh blueberries over it.
  11. Spoon strawberry pie filling into horizontal stripes across the top, leaving white spaces so the creamy filling peeks through, and scatter sliced strawberries or raspberries as desired.
  12. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
  13. Use a sharp knife wiped clean between cuts to cut the cake into neat squares.

Notes

Chill at least 6 hours for best texture; overnight chill yields cleaner slices and a soft, cake-like texture., Use a sharp knife warmed under hot water and wiped clean between cuts for neat slices., Smaller squares serve well for parties with many dishes., Leftovers keep refrigerated up to 4 days, fresh berry topping is best in first two days., Freezing is not recommended due to texture changes., Substitutions for toppings and crackers suggested including fresh berries, different crackers, and richer or lighter fillings.
