A refreshing no-bake frozen pie made with a graham cracker crust and a creamy, sweet lemonade filling, perfect for summer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 graham cracker crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk, chilled
  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, fully thawed
  • 6 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate (half of a 12-ounce can)

Instructions

  1. Fully thaw Cool Whip in the refrigerator and chill the sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Measure 6 ounces of frozen lemonade concentrate (if using a 12-ounce can, scoop out half by volume).
  3. Gently fold the Cool Whip into the chilled sweetened condensed milk with a rubber spatula until light and fluffy.
  4. Fold the measured lemonade concentrate into the mixture until evenly combined.
  5. Pour the filling into a graham cracker crust and spread it all the way to the edges.
  6. Freeze the pie until firm, at least 6–8 hours or overnight; after about 1 hour, cover loosely with plastic wrap or foil to prevent sticking.
  7. Before slicing, let the pie sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes and use a warmed, wiped knife between cuts for clean slices.

Notes

Measure lemonade concentrate carefully to avoid a tart or watery pie., Keep ingredients cold before mixing for a light, fluffy filling., Gently fold mixtures to maintain fluffiness; avoid vigorous stirring., Spread filling to edges of crust for better slice shape., Cover pie loosely after 1 hour of freezing to prevent sticking., Do not substitute homemade whipped cream; Cool Whip works best for freezing., Pie can be made a day or more ahead and stored tightly wrapped in the freezer for up to one month., To slice cleanly, let the pie warm slightly and use a warm, clean knife between cuts., Flavor variations include using lime or strawberry lemonade concentrate and different crusts like vanilla wafer or shortbread., Add fresh fruit, zest, or liqueurs for customization but note liqueurs may soften texture.
