A simple no-bake pie featuring a crunchy graham cracker crust and a sweet, creamy lemonade filling made with sweetened condensed milk, Cool Whip, and frozen lemonade concentrate. Perfect for a refreshing summer dessert served frozen.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 store-bought graham cracker crust (standard 9-inch size)
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (8-ounce) tub Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 6 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed and measured from a 12-ounce can, about half)

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen lemonade concentrate if needed and measure out 6 ounces.
  2. Gently fold Cool Whip into the sweetened condensed milk until combined, taking care not to deflate the mixture.
  3. Fold the measured frozen lemonade concentrate into the Cool Whip and sweetened condensed milk mixture until well combined.
  4. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly, pressing the filling all the way to the edges.
  5. Freeze the pie uncovered for about 1 hour to set the top, then cover and continue freezing for at least 6–8 hours or overnight until firm.

Notes

Measure frozen lemonade concentrate carefully to maintain the recipe balance; use leftover concentrate for other uses., Be gentle when folding Cool Whip to maintain fluffiness; avoid overmixing., Use Cool Whip or similar stabilized whipped topping rather than homemade whipped cream for the best texture in the freezer., Press filling to edges to avoid gaps and ensure clean slices., For neat slices, let pie sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before cutting or warm knife in hot water between slices., Freeze the pie uncovered first to set top, then cover to prevent freezer burn or absorption of odors., Pie can be made ahead and transported in a cooler; refreeze briefly if softened during transport.
